St. Paul - The Saint Paul RFC won their first round Midwest Rugby Union playoff match against Oconomowoc Wisconsin by a score of 25-8. With this victory, the Pigs advance to a 2nd round playoff match on the road at Cedar Rapids, Iowa next Saturday. Official Pigs Match Report can be found here. Dropkick photos can be found here. Metro beats Rochester Per Zach Lee from Metro Metropolis beat Rochester 40 - 7. Metro has one more rescheduled league match with Faribault next week. Faribault beats the Mayhem? Looks like the final is 17 - 12 with Faribault the winner. I did hear that the match was settled in Over time which is not counted for league play. This match may officially go down as a tie. |
