Practices are held after school three times a week, with matches on weekends throughout the season.
The coaching staff includes experienced, passionate mentors dedicated to helping every player succeed.
Safety is a top priority, with comprehensive training in tackling, fitness, and injury prevention. 2025 was the Serpents first season. With the dedication of several girls, we were able to finish 4th in the state.

The last years team was made up from girls from Sartell High School, Tech High School, Eden Vally Watkins and Litchfield.
