Get ready to run, pass, and have fun! We are excited to build a vibrant youth rugby community for boys and girls in grades K-8.

What is Youth Rugby?

Never seen a rugby game? No problem! Youth rugby is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and for good reason. It's a fast-paced, exciting game that's all about teamwork, running, and passing.

For our K-8 program, the focus is on safety, fundamentals, and fun. We teach the basics of the game using non-contact or modified-contact rules (like flag or "touch" rugby) for our younger players, ensuring a safe and positive environment. As players grow, we progressively introduce new skills. It’s a fantastic way for kids to build confidence, learn sportsmanship, and stay active.

A Sport for Everyone (Grades K-8)

Our league is open to all boys and girls in grades K-8 throughout the Central Minnesota area.

Rugby is a truly inclusive sport. It doesn't matter if you're big or small, fast or still finding your speed. There is a position and a place for every child. No experience is necessary—in fact, most of our players are brand new to the sport! Our coaches are dedicated to teaching every player the skills they need to succeed and have a great time.
