1. High School Girls: The Serpents

Program Focus: Competitive High School Rugby
Are you a high school girl looking for a challenging, supportive, and empowering team sport? Join the Serpents, our dedicated high school girls' team!

The Serpents program focuses on advanced skill development, strategic game play, and regional competition. Whether you are an experienced player or have never touched a rugby ball, we offer a dedicated environment to push your limits, build lasting friendships, and compete at the highest level of high school rugby.

Who Should Join?

Girls currently enrolled in grades 9 through 12.

Athletes seeking competitive play and skill specialization.

2. Youth Programs (K–8)

Program Focus: Fun, Fundamentals, and Development
Our Youth Program is the perfect introduction to the sport of rugby for elementary and middle school students. We focus on teaching the fundamental skills of the game (running, passing, and teamwork) in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.

This is a non-contact, flag-based program built to develop athletic literacy, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game before players move on to high school.

Who Should Join?

Boys and girls in grades K through 8.

New and returning players of all skill levels.
